CoteAll primer is an interior and exterior, rust-inhibitive, medium oil alkyd primer formulated for use in mild to moderate industrial environments. CoteAll Primer may also be used as a barrier coat over most tightly adhering coatings and tightly adhering rusted surfaces. It can be topcoated with a wide variety of topcoats.
